Being the shopaholic that I am, I can honestly say that the name Elocin Plus is not new to me.  However, I didn't know that Elocin Plus was more than just a trendy boutique.  There is an amazingly talented powerhouse behind the name Elocin Plus and her name is Nicole Nolan. Nicole is a talented designer who is passionate about all things fashion and it shows in her work. Nicole is new to Atlanta, but in a short time she has managed to make her presence felt in a major way.
