Melt Cosmetics Ultra Matte

I know that all of my friends and followers know that I am a MAC Girl, especially when it comes to lipstick.  Yes, I am obsessed with lipsticks period and I live for a matte lippie.  I have tried many but I have to say, MAC is my absolute favorite.  However, I have to tell you that I have definitely found a new love.  I receive an order from Melt Cosmetics this week and I must admit I was pleased.  I have been stalking their website for months on end because many of the more popular color were continuously sold out.  Luckily a tip from another lipstick lover enabled me to finally get my order placed. 

Because I know the qualities of good lipstick and what I don’t like, I am very particular when it comes to ordering from new companies.  I have watched several reviews on Melt Cosmetics and their ultra matte lippies all which were favorable for the most part with the exception of those individuals that just don’t like matte lippies.  Even with all of the information that I had, I still decided to be safe and order one.  I ordered DGAF because I love the color and I was confident that it would look FAB on me, and it did.  Not to mention the texture is great and there is no need to reapply.  The thing I like most, which is different from MAC’s matte/retro matte, is that it has a little moisture.

I can’t say enough how much I love this lippie and the way it looked on me. In terms of lipsticks, this is one of the best, right up there with MAC.   Hell while I am working on the blog, I went over to the site and ordered “Blow.”  That is $19.00 I don’t mind spending, at all!! HAUTECORE LIPSTICK

It is no secret that I am a M.A.C girl, I love their lippies especially the mattes.  I am extremely excited about the black Friday release of Hautecore lipstick.  I have been rocking the black lippies for a while, so for M.A.C to now introduce a black lippie that is a matte too……. I GOTTA HAVE IT!!!!  I am not sure the pro discount will apply to the lippie but either was I will be engulfed in the madness of trying to order mine.  It will be available online at 12 midnight on black Friday.  For all of you fellow M.A.C girls, you already know that it will be a fight to get it.  However, keep clam…. I know that I am a couple days late but I have been busy, so don't judge me.  I a super excited about the launch of M.A.C Cosmetics Retro Matte Fall 2013 collection.  If you know me and my love for lipstick, you know that I live for a good matte lipstick.  In my opinion, M.A.C reigns supreme when it come to matte lippies and I LOVE THEM!!!!!!  With its one-of-a-kind Retro Matte texture, Ruby Woo Lipstick has become a smash hit both on and off the runway. I am sure that by now you all know that Candy Yum Yum is back.  We whined, complained and wrote in until M.A.C answered our cries.  Candy Yum Yum is back for good, MUA's and lippie lovers couldn't be happier. In the group Makeup Matters, the news feed was filled with comments about Candy Yum Yum's return.  When I logged on to Instagram, I was greeted with even more photos and excitement.  Since Candy Yum Yum"s return, I see at least two post per social site per day about it.  Sometimes it is a picture, some times it is a comment, complaint or comparison and occasionally it may be a person in search of or displaying what they think is a dupe.  Either way, It is obvious Candy Yum Yum's return is sweet enough to leave us all with a mouth full of cavities.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE ME SOME CANDY YUM YUM!!!  However, I don't know if it is the ultimate pink lipstick.  I love both pink and red lippies, the brighter the better and I own/have owned a wide variety of them.  I just can't resist, if they are cute.... I am throwing it in the bag. Which is why I just can't deem Candy Yum Yum the all time greatest pink lippie.  During all the excitement about the return of Candy Yum Yum, Tyme The Infamous posted a pic of a comment she made in one of her videos.  She had done a vlog on Youtube about Candy Yum Yum and she stated that she, "didn't want to see any comments about dupes for Candy Yum Yum because there was none.  This will be the best $15 you will ever spend!"  Well if you read, you know the word dupes in not one that frequents my mouth, so I am not going there.  However, I know for a fact that there are a lot of hot pink lippies that have proven to be just as FRESH.
